Supplies: 

- Non-stretch String 

- Ruler

Instructions:

- Wrap a piece of string around your wrist until the starting and ending points touch.

- Measure that length against the ruler to determine your size.

*For an Exact Fit with stretch bracelets ... measure the Exact size of your wrist and go 1/2 a size up. 

(Ex: Size 7 wrist = Size 7.5 bracelet)

For an Exact Fit with adjustable bracelets ... measure the Exact size of your wrist.

*If you have large hands, go one size up.

(Ex: Size 7 wrist = Size 8 bracelet)

**STRETCH THE BRACELET TO PUT ON - DO NOT ROLL ON**

**Remove when you bathe**

- Use a microfiber cloth to clean

(For colored lava beads, use a mild dish detergent to remove stains)

- You can remove unwanted energies and activate your bracelets by smudging them with Sage. Or, spraying Florida Water on a microfiber cloth and wiping the bracelets thoroughly.
